5 stars – Highly recommend MKD's! We had a bathroom remodel and MKD's installed tile on the floor and walls and a sliding door to the tub. The work is top-notch, the attention to detail was impeccable, they exceeded our expectations! Yes, the project took a few weeks longer than initially planned, due to no fault of theirs, but the team kept us in the loop with regular updates and never cut corners to rush the job. Special shout-out to Mister James for his professionalism and patience with our questions, and Ernell, who did most of the work, showed up each day on time, and never took a break! If you want a contractor who treats your home like their own, go with MKD's. Worth the wait—100%. ~ Tanya

After the past experience I’ve had with 3 other contractors, MKD's Property Solutions was a breath of fresh air. I have worked with MKD's Property Solutions on a large project for a year now, and I can say it feels great to have this crew in the pocket. I really needed someone to actually work with me on a project and not just view me as a job. The owner worked with me and helped me weave through the problems that come with a large project. MKD contractors came out multiple times for last minute requests at one of my rentals, and I felt the pricing was fair. They were polite and courteous even when the tenant was not.
